About Johnnie Graves’ Art

Johnnie specializes in fine abstract statement pieces in various styles, colors and sizes suitable for mid-century to modern homes as well as for the fashion industry for textile prints, etc.  Johnnie’s approach to his work starts with deconstructing each canvas with layers of various mediums. Then, he reworks the canvas adding more colors and layers of textures to achieve the desired effect.

Via word of mouth, luxury decorators and art collectors in Los Angeles and throughout the USA have purchased his art. He has also done commissioned pieces. Johnnie is truly humbled and excited to see what the future unfolds. He looks forward to more eyes discovering his work.

Currently a resident of Los Angeles, his roots stem from Washington.
